At Akubra, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hat doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn hat in its original hat box and shipping carton to ensure it maintains its shape and quality during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
